For 2022, PCMA charges a $500 per year fee to the owner of the unit (due January 1) to rent their unit through December 31 of that year.  

For 2023, and every year thereafter, PCMA charges a $1200 per year fee to the owner of the unit (due January 1) to rent their unit through December 31 of that year. 

The PCMA  Rental Resolution, permits the maximum number of units that can be rented is 25 units.

Requirements to Rent Your Unit:

1. Pay the yearly rental fee (Due January 31 each year)

2. Provide proof that the unit is registered with New Castle County as a rental unit

3. Provide the association with a copy of the lease signed by all parties 
    (which must include the PCMA Rules & Regulations )
